De-Speckle
 

In order to get good clean lines you often have to reduce the scanner's brightness. But then the scanner will pick up dark spots from the paper,  eraser dust or even lint on the scanner and add these little specks to the image. FlipBook has a despeckle feature that works either interactively or on a range of images in batch mode to clean the specks from the scanned image.

F9 will erase any 1-pixel specks. F10 will erase any 2-pixel specks. And F11 and F12 will erase 3 and 4-Pixels specks. There's also an Action for this process that will let you run it on a range of selected thumbnails.
