FlipBook makes it easy to break down scenes for lip sync
No matter what kind of animation you do sooner or later you're going to have to break down the dialog into syllables and figure out the correct mouth positions to synchronize the lips with the words. FlipBook makes this easy. You can import the soundtrack into a FlipBook scenes and scrub or step through it frame by frame. Then you just write the letters into the xsheet to know what sound goes in which frame. This also works for timing out your sound effects as well.
